Executive Office Assistant to the Vice President of Hospital Services

Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corp Bethel, AK (Onsite) Full-Time

Position Summary: Performs standard and advanced secretarial duties for an executive of YKHC. Handles matters of a routine nature to relieve officials of clerical work and administrative and business detail.

Position Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two (2) years experience with general office procedures or completion of Office Procedures program.
  • Valid Alaska Driver’s License.
  • Office machinery experience.
  • Knowledge of computer application; word and excel. Ability to utilize standard office equipment. Works with minimum supervision. Works well with other departmental staff at all times. Good human relations and oral/written communication skills.
