Position Summary: This position performs a variety of routine duties related to the receipt, storage, preparation and delivery or service of food to patients and/or customers. Cleans the kitchen and cafeteria areas following established safety and sanitation standards and procedures. Assists in the receipt and putting away of food and non-food deliveries.
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Completion of the 6th grade
- Minimum Experience: 6 to 12 months previous experience in foodservice setting.
- Equipment/Tools/Word-Aids: Basic kitchen utensils/equipment; small kitchen appliances; dish machine; food carts; grill; steam tables
